Have you ever had an obsession with something healthy that your family absolutely hates? For my family and I, its Brussel’s sprouts, my family hates them and I absolutely love them. With that said, I have had to be pretty creative in the way that I prepare them so that they can even try them. Baked Brussels sprouts with grated Dubliner cheese has become a staple around here! Its a simple and delicious recipe!
Clean the Brussel’s Sprouts
Cut them in half.
Drizzle some olive oil & add salt to taste.
Now comes my favorite part……cheese. Kerrygold Dubliner. yum! Its like a sharp cheddar meets Parmesano Romano cheese. Your tastebuds will scream from excitement.
coat the bottom of a baking sheet with some unsalted butter (this just add a little more flavor), and spread out the Brussel’s sprouts on the baking sheet.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
Flip the Brussel’s spouts and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
