Salty, crispy, chips that crumble when you bite into them are my weakness. I can eat an entire bag in one sitting, all by myself. I love ’em…but I would also love to have a 6 pack abs, toned thighs and no bat winged arms. I do don’t diets, I hated depriving myself for 30 days, I haven’t even read into the Keto diet thing…I just can’t.
