Today I am excited to share photos of the Christmas Party I hosted for a Ladies Night In. We had the best time celebrating at my house, all gathered around my kitchen!
I thought I’d also share some of my party ideas with you, so that you too can host a Spectacular Christmas party, for your ladies night.

I greeted my ladies with a delicious, Pomegranate Martini. It was the perfect drink for this festive, all girl’s night – served from my drinks cart!!
My first tip in hosting a successful party is: be prepared before the guests arrive.
As my guests walked-in, I offered to take their coats & purses and followed up, by offering them a drink. Designate a room/space for your guests to place their belongings as they come in. Then, offer them something to drink. Having a nice festive drink, is a great way to welcome your guests to your event. It breaks the ice & gets the party started. Spirits always help, but guests tend to feel more relaxed when they have something to hold in their hands.

Drink carts are so versatile. One cart. Endless decorating possibilities.
I love my bar cart !!! and the ladies did too. I placed my cart strategically near the entrance because I wanted my friends to gravitate to it. It was carefully decorated and stocked with pretty glassware, Spirits and bar tools.
Bar Carts are awesome. they can decorated to fit any party theme. By adding the perfect little touches here and there, you too can transform your party drinks area! My second tip in hosting a successful party is: have designated areas for your food and drinks.
Like I have said before having a drinks cart has been one of my hosting “secret weapons”. Choose where you want to place your drinks and your food. For my Christmas Ladies night, I transformed and decorated our dinning table.

I love when it family & friends gather around a food table. There is something magical, unifying, even cathartic about it. So it should come as no surprise to see a beautifully decorated food or dessert, table at any of my events/parties or get togethers. This party was no exception to that. I gathered big, bold & glamorous Christmas decor to use as its center pieces.

I styled the food table using my white linens, white platter & these gorgeous Gold candle holders & these stunning white trees I found at Target. Most of the decor and platers we used where white making the food the main attraction. I was trying to pull of a monochrome look. What do you think? I think it turned out pretty great!
My third tip in hosting a successful party is: have design/decor theme.
My theme was Christmas. I was inspired by the colors of the season. Let the season, weather, or occasion inspired your theme.

My fourth tip in hosting a successful party is: keep it simple.
Simple is not the same as undecorated, nor lacking in beauty. You can host a beautiful party that is not very complicated but still very beautiful and Instagram worthy. Stick to the tips above and enjoy!
A huge way to keep things simple and uncomplicated is having casual hot. We decided to have a pot lock style party, full of snacks, bites and our favorite sweets. With queso as the reigning Queen & chips, dips, veggies and fruits filling up the rest – our menu was simply satisfying and fun!

My final tip in hosting a successful party is: invite loved ones only!
Let’s be honest, who has time for drama. Celebrate life, be quick to forgive, slow to speak, quick to listen. Surround yourself with those who love you for who you are…and party party party….!!

This party idea is incredible. Since I can’t jump up for a ladies night out, I should consider a ladies night in.
Stacey, I recommend a ladies night in. We really did have a blast that night and you can be as loud as you want! Plus you can decorate and make it as glamorous as you preferred!
