RAINBOW SPRINKLE PANCAKE RECIPE

Starting the week off by making pancakes was the perfect spring break week kick off. They were fun to make and we made enough for the rest of the week. The kids can have them as snacks throughout the day or as breakfast. Little finger can pop them in the toaster and they are ready to enjoy!

RAINBOW SPRINKLE PANCAKE RECIPE

R A I N B O W   S P R I N K L E   P A N C A K E   R E C I P E

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups of Krusteaz mix
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of milk (approx.)
  • 1 Tbls chia seeds
  • 1 Tbls flaxseeds
  • 1 Tsp. of vanilla extract
  • 2-3 Tbls. coconut oil
  • blueberries

Materials:

Instructions:

  1. mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, using your whisk.
  2. place pan on medium- heat, and add coconut oil to frying pan.
  3. scoop out the mixture into your frying pan, making sure you space them out.
  4. add sprinkles
  5. wait for pancake mix to bubble, crating small “craters”
  6. flip pancakes
  7. serve once they are ready
