Facebook Page + step-by-step + set-up Tutorial

Hey momentrepreneurs! I have had several of you ask about a Facebook page set-up tutorial…here it is! I hope this step-by-step tutorial helps you to create the Facebook page of your dreams! If you are still not sure how to wrap your head around this one, or simple just want some help, be sure to click on our sidebar.

Look at the left column on the left side of you Facebook page. Scroll down to CREATE and click on Page. When you click, a page like the one below will appear.

Click on the corresponding square. In my case I am a local business. When you click on the square, a form will appear, like the one on the image below.

Fill out the form with your information. Once you have finished, click on the “get started button”. The next page will be like the one below. This is where you will start to customize your page. Start customizing by click on the little camera icon, to add a profile picture.

Tip: make sure your picture is at least 400 x 400 pixels (a maximum 100 KB file size).

Two options will appear when you click on that button. “take photo” (if your phone or computer has a camera, you can take a pic of yourself right now to add here) or you can choose the “Upload photo” and choose a picture that you have saved in your computer/phone.

Now its time to personalize:

add a description
create a user name for your page
Click on about page and fill out
