shipping policy
Your order will be shipped via USPS only. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number (not available for international orders). Please make sure the address on your account is correct, that is the address that I use to print out a shipping label. If you desire RUSH delivery, please contact me before you place an order -there will be an additional cost for RUSH shipping.
refund policy
We do not accept any candle returns. Order cancellation is only accepted with 24 hours after the order is placed. After that if you decide to cancel it, you will receive a STORE CREDIT for future order(s). All orders will be sent with tracking (not available for international orders). In case item is lost or stolen before it arrives, we will investigate with the shipping company and send you an equal item or give store credit. If item arrives broken please contact us within 24 hours of arrival, we will need pictures of the broken item as proof and will not accept after this period is over.
