I made these Chewy Vegan Granola bars with my daugther Bella and they were so easy and so yummy. Try making these yourselves, they are great to have as a healthy snack options for your kiddos.
I am always looking for new snacks to feed my kids. Now that they are home more, I have to have more snacks available for them, I can’t keep up with how fast they eat everything. That’s how this recipe came to be – in hopes of making a healthy and filling snack, that was with some good for them ingredients. This recipe is not for those who have a nut allergy. If you have a nut allergy ( or don’t like bananas) try this recipe from Real Mom Nutrition. But if you don’t have a nut allergy check out this yummy recipe below.
INGREDIENTS:
- Bananas
- Almond Butter
- Cashew Butter
- Maple Syrup
- Vanilla Extract
- Chocolate Chip
- Oats
- Salt
Once you have gathered all your ingredients, you are ready to start making these amazing chewy granola bars!
Chewy Granola bars
Ingredients
- 3 Bananas
- 1/2 cup Almond Butter
- 1/4 cup Cashew Butter
- 4 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Chip + more for sprinkling
- 1 cup Oats
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions

Mash the bananas.

Add the Almond butter and Cashew Butter.

Then, pour in the maple syrup and mix.

Next, add the old fashion oats and mix again.

Finally, sprinkle in the salt and the Chocolate chips. Mix and pour into baking dish.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Once its baked, allow to cool. Cut into bars and save. enjoy!
