I hadn’t enjoyed this cereal in a long time, and making these no-bake bars instantly brought back memories of a childhood favorite. There’s something so comforting about using simple ingredients to create a treat that feels playful and familiar. Snacking on cereal while making the bars makes the process even more fun, especially when little hands are helping in the kitchen.
What You’ll Need
To make these Spooky Rocky Road No-Bake Bars, you’ll need just a few simple ingredients:

Unsalted butter

Puffed marshmallows

Mini marshmallows

Semisweet chocolate chips

HOW TO MAKE THE SNACK BARS
Here is a step-by-step recipe tutorial showing how you how to make these SPOOKY ROCKY ROAD NO BAKE BARS. Follow these easy steps and you will achieve the perfect snack bars for your spooky at home celebration.
Place 1 Stick of Unsalted butter into you dutch oven.
Melt the butter over medium low heat.
Once butter is fully melted, add 1 bag of marshmallows and melt them over medium low heat.
Turn off the heat add 8 cups of Kellogg’s® Corn Pops® Cereal.
Make sure that all the cereal has been coated with the marshmallowy- butter mixture.
Now, turn off the heat and add 1/4 cup of chocolate chips, and 1/4 cup of mini marshmallows. Quickly mix it all together.
Scoop out the mixture into a baking sheet before the chocolate chips and the mini marshmallow melt.
Once you have scooped out all the mixture, flatten it into 2 inch thick rectangle. Now add mini marshmallow on top.
Add more chocolate chips on top as well.
Finally add sprinkles on top. Your treats are ready to be cut into squares and served on your favorite cake plate.
SPOOKY GLAM NIGHT AT HOME

I try to get hold of Kellogg but not having any Luck. It shows a pound of butter but then it says to use one stick and then it shows both kinds of cereal but only show the used one kind so can you explain that to me? Helen
