Green juice and minor colds: how juicing can help your body fight germs
I have been feeling run down this week. I have such a lack of energy and motivation; very unlike me. There are a million reasons that could potentially be triggering this sluggish feeling – I’m fighting a head cold, I had an amazing leg workout on Monday and my legs are so sore, its the end of school year, lack of sleep…- honestly, I am really not sure where the lack of energy stems from, so I decided to do something about it and fuel up my body with really good stuff. Cue the green juice!
