Nothing like starting the year with a really bad cold, right? I am blogging from bed -where I spent my entire weekend.  The hubs and the kids have been great, cooking and cleaning & taking great care of me.  I even peeked over and the house isn’t falling apart, they are doing great! What a blessing to have them.

I immediately go to mom mode, even when I am suppose to be taking care of me. A million concerns fly thru my mind. What surfaces did I touch? Did the kids take their pro-biotics & Elderberry syrup this week? What if they get sick when I am sick?…..and the list goes on. But then a sudden peace falls over me, as I remember that we have a couple of ways to prevent further “contamination” and a way to clean any germs around the house without any added Chemicals.

I really should have started diffusing On-Guard around the house, before FLU season came on full force. Lesson learned, wont happen next year. I guess its a great time to share with you, how you can make your own chemical free Disinfectant Cleaning Sprays to use around your house (in addition to defusing it).

H E R E   I S  W H A T   Y O U   W I L L   N E E D

12 oz. or 16 oz Glass Spray Bottle*

4 ounces of White Vinegar

8 ounces of Water

10 drops of Lemon Essential Oil

10 drops of  doTerra On Guard Oil

10 drops of Grapefruit Essential Oil

1 teaspoon of Dish Soap*
