HERE IS A DELICIOUS & EASY TO MAKE

BRUSSELS SPROUT RECIPE, THAT IS SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS!

TRY MAKING THIS RICH YET EASY ON THE TASTE BUD RECIPE; IT MIGHT JUST

BECOME A FAMILY FAVORITE LIKE IT HAS AROUND HERE.

Have you ever had an obsession with something healthy that your family absolutely hates? For my family and I, its Brussel’s sprouts, my family hates them and I absolutely love them. I can have them raw, steamed or even baked to crispy perfection; ill take them anyway that I can get’em. So you can see the struggle I have, to want to come up with a recipe that is both kid & husband friendly. hehehe! 

With that said, I have had to be pretty creative in the way that I prepare Brussels sprouts around me. I try to hide them as much as possible, but sometimes I just like them front and center. So I set out and experimented a bit and came up with this great recipe. 

Baked Brussels sprouts with grated Dubliner cheese. yum!

 INGREDIENTS

 brussels sprouts

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 pinch of salt (approx.)

1 Tbsp butter

Dubliner cheese

2-3 Tbls. coconut oil

blueberries

 INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Clean the Brussel’s Sprouts

Step 2

Cut them in half.

Step 3

Drizzle some olive oil & add salt to taste.

Step 4

Now comes my favorite part……cheese. Kerrygold Dubliner. yum! Its like a sharp cheddar meets Parmesano Romano cheese. Your tastebuds will scream from excitement. Grate enough cheese to lightly coat the sprouts.

Step 5

coat the bottom of a baking sheet with some unsalted butter (this just add a little more flavor), and spread out the Brussel’s sprouts on the baking sheet.

Step 6

Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes.

Step 7

Flip the Brussel’s spouts and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
