Here are three delicious Whole30 compliant smoothies that you can enjoy during your Whole30 journey. Remember fruits are Whole30 complaint, but in moderation, as you are trying to limit sugars on Whole30.  These smoothies are easy to make and you will enjoy their tasty flavor. Here is a little tip from me: Serve your smoothie in a martini glass… Whole30 is about making you Whole, but I am all about inspiring you to have your one GLAM moment today.  A beautiful presentation will make it special and beautiful to look at. ORANGE JULIUS WISHES HE WAS HEALTHY SMOOTHIE.

Orange Julius wishes he was healthy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 1 date
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Juice the oranges, the 1/2 a lime and the 1/2 a lemon. Set aside.

  2. Add 1/2 cup of ice and 1/2 cup of water into a blender.

  3. Next, add the juices into the blender, and 1 date.

  4. Finally, blend until the ice is all crushed and the date has blended well.

  5. Pour Smoothie into a Martini glass and enjoy.

WHATCHAMAKALEIT  SMOOTHIE.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby kale
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1 juiced lime
  • 1 small green apple
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the small green apple into small pieces.

  2. Continue by adding the kale, celery stick and small green apple into the blender.

  3. Next add the water and the ice into the blender.

  4. Blend until the ice is completely crushed.

  5. Pour and serve in a cute glass cup

JUCING

Fresh Juice is another amazing way to fuel your body with healthy goodness. One of my favorites is Celery juice first thing each morning. It energizes me and helps me start my day right. Another favorite is my Beet/Orange Juice…it is the best way to start a workout. It gives me such a boost of energy without any of the horrible “crashes” I get from a pre-workout. Celery and Lime Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 stalks of Celery
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 3-6 cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend all the ingredients well.

  3. Serve and enjoy right away!

BEET/ORANGE

Ingredients

  • 1 beet
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/4 water

Instructions

  1. Start juicing the Beet and the oranges.

  2. Pour the beet juice and the orange juice into the blender.

  3. Pour water into the blender and blend it all together.

  4. Serve and Enjoy.
