Life under the Texan sun
Hey beautiful momma! Do you enjoy taking care of yourself, but you don’t have a lot of time to do it? This is the perfect post for you. As a wife/mom of two/ full time blogger/”insert a million other titles here” – me time is very limited. Self care has to be both effective and time saving.
I live life under the Texan sun, where shorts, sleeveless tops and hats are a must, 10 out of the 12 months in a year. Its also pretty dry around here, which means my skin needs a little bit of help staying hydrated.

One of the ways that I like to treat myself, when I am short in time, is by using a good hand scrub. I feel like its a mini spa treatment that I can do at home, in very little time. This is a wonderful recipe that my sweet friend Amy and I made. It smells so good! I love the feeling of the sugar crystals rubbing up against my hands. When I rinse, the essential oils leave my hands feeling so soft. I might have to pause for a second and go scrub my hands, its that good.
